About This Role

Join American Traveler as a Travel Nurse RN in the Operating Room, specializing in ophthalmology procedures. This role requires working with a surgical team in an outpatient setting in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an outpatient ophthalmology operating room setting
  • Primary focus on ophthalmic surgical procedures
  • Work day shifts, 8-hour shifts, five days per week, with a schedule of 6:45am to 3:15pm
  • Participate in call and DOT shifts as required
  • Work as part of a surgical team focused on ophthalmology cases
  • Submit all requests for time off in advance

Requirements

  • Active GA or compact state RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience required

Nice to Have

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
