Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

About This Role

Care for women and newborns through all stages of childbirth, including coaching, monitoring vitals, administering medication, and managing complications. Provide essential education and guidance to new mothers.

Responsibilities

• Care for women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth
• Coach women throughout the birthing process
• Monitor the mother's and baby's vitals
• Administer medication and manage potential complications
• Assist in caesarian sections as needed
• Provide education and guidance to new mothers regarding recovery and infant care

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery
• Active RN license

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
