This role is for an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse seeking a travel assignment, responsible for providing specialized patient care in a fast-paced environment and ensuring accurate Epic charting.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Neuro ICU unit with a 16-bed capacity and 14 rooms
- Adhere to a day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts weekly, 7:00-19:00
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2
- Float to ICU, IMC, and Tele units as needed
- Utilize Epic EMR for charting, with prior Epic experience required
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of neuro ICU nursing experience
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Epic charting experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of neuro ICU nursing experience required; Prior travel nursing experience required.
