About This Role

This role is for an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse seeking a travel assignment, responsible for providing specialized patient care in a fast-paced environment and ensuring accurate Epic charting.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a Neuro ICU unit with a 16-bed capacity and 14 rooms
  • Adhere to a day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts weekly, 7:00-19:00
  • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2
  • Float to ICU, IMC, and Tele units as needed
  • Utilize Epic EMR for charting, with prior Epic experience required

Requirements

  • Active TX or compact RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of neuro ICU nursing experience
  • Prior travel nursing experience
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Epic charting experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of neuro ICU nursing experience required; Prior travel nursing experience required.
