This role involves assessing and improving AI-generated outputs for travel-related content by providing clear, written feedback and collaborating with AI researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create and assess complex problems in travel, including consumer planning, tourism, and hospitality
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to real-world travel experiences
• Provide clear written feedback on travel-related content and recommendations
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to improve model performance
• Ensure alignment with consumer travel industry standards in all content used for AI systems

Requirements

• Deep experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of travel logistics and consumer preferences
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and practical thinking
• Must be U.S.-based with valid work authorization
