Analyze and describe images in detail to improve the understanding of AI models, ensuring content quality aligns with established guidelines. This role requires independent work to enhance training data quality for AI model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze images and write clear, detailed descriptions to improve AI model understanding
• Identify key elements, context, and cultural references in visual content
• Evaluate content quality against established guidelines to enhance AI model outputs
• Apply consistent judgment across a variety of image types to elevate training data quality
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance

Requirements

• Proven writing experience
• Ability to write with clarity and voice
• Understanding of internet culture and visual storytelling
• Attention to detail and ability to notice subtle context
• Capability to follow detailed guidelines consistently

Nice to Have

• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Background in journalism, literature, communications, or media studies
• Experience with annotation, transcription, or QA work
