Transition to Practice (RN), ICU

About This Role

This role is for an Entry-Level Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, where you will provide crucial patient care in a collaborative environment focusing on critical care.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with Multi Care Technicians to ensure patient needs are met
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care
• Enhance skills in critical care
• Play a crucial role in making the community healthier

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree
• Basic Life Support Certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required upon hire (if BLS is not present)
• PALS within 1 year of hire
• Handle with Care within 30 days of orientation (annually required)
• TNCC within 6 months of hire
• Pass a rhythm recognition test within 90 days of hire

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school also mentioned
• Entry-level position, 1 year ICU experience preferred

Nice to Have

• 1 year ICU experience
