Registered Nurse Progressive Care - IMC

About This Role

This role involves providing patient care in the IMC/Progressive Care Unit at Havasu Regional Medical Center, focusing on coordinating patient care, enhancing critical care skills, and advocating for patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care
• Enhance skills in critical care
• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Associate's degree
• Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
• BCLS is required on hire (once ACLS is obtained BCLS no longer required)
• Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days if hire
• PALS and TNCC Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Moderation Sedation within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
• EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire and thereafter
• Minimum one (1) year Med/Surg/Telemetry experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Minimum one (1) year Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
