Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process within a 40+ bed Medical-Surgical unit. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Active Arizona RN License or Compact License
- BLS within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of Acute Care experience preferred.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of Acute Care experience
