Provide direct patient care and manage intake/discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients, potentially serving as a Case Manager to a group of assigned patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Wound Care Center
- Handle intake processes for Wound Care Center patients
- Handle discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients
- Serve as a Case Manager to assigned Wound Care Center patients (depending on center setup)
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Active Arizona RN License or Compact License
- BLS within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- 1 year of Acute Care experience preferred.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
