About This Role

Provide direct patient care and manage intake/discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients, potentially serving as a Case Manager to a group of assigned patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Wound Care Center
• Handle intake processes for Wound Care Center patients
• Handle discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients
• Serve as a Case Manager to assigned Wound Care Center patients (depending on center setup)

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Active Arizona RN License or Compact License
• BLS within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of Acute Care experience preferred.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
