About This Role

This role involves providing direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical unit, performing assessments, establishing care plans, and collaborating with the care team to coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
• Establish a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involve the patient in their care
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Active Arizona RN License
• BCLS certification upon hire

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Handle with Care certification
