Transformation Consultant

About This Role

This role will support clients in business transformation by leading and delivering solutions focused on operational improvement, change management, and process optimization. The consultant will build strong customer relationships and drive value through hands-on delivery.

• Design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results
• Develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operational improvement and/or organizational effectiveness
• Experience implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning
• Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomes
• Ability to purposefully identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
• Ability to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results
• Ability to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks
• Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and interfacing confidently with clients
