This role involves supporting organizations through business transformation, focusing on high-value outcomes and delivering results. The consultant will act as a connective tissue, bringing together expertise to advise on business transformation, support hands-on delivery, and enable capability and culture uplift.
Responsibilities

- Take ownership and responsibility for areas of focus and solutions
- Help grow our presence, brand, breadth, and community
- Purposefully identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
- Design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives, and results
- Develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks
Requirements
- Experience in project management, operational improvement and/or organizational effectiveness
- Experience implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning
- Technical expertise (and preferably accreditation) in Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching
- Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomes
- Ability to identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
- Ability to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results
- Ability to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks
- Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and interfacing confidently with clients
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, operational improvement, and/or organizational effectiveness, implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning.
