Transformation Consultant

About This Role

The Transformation Consultant redefines possibilities and shapes the future for clients, focusing on high-value outcomes and transformative change. This role involves advising on business transformation, supporting delivery, and uplifting capabilities and culture within Slalom’s diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong customer relationships
• Deliver quality solutions that drive customer value
• Excel in delivery and apply thoughtful skills to drive value
• Build proficiency in pursuit and engagement roles
• Take ownership and responsibility for areas of focus and solutions
• Help grow Slalom's presence, brand, breadth, and community
• Advise on business transformation
• Support hands-on delivery and enable capability and culture uplift

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operational improvement and/or organizational effectiveness
• Experience implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning
• Technical expertise in Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching
• Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomes
• Able to identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
• Able to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results
• Able to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks
• Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and interfacing confidently with clients

Nice to Have

• Accreditation in an area of focus such as Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching
