Deposita(TM), an Allied Universal(R) Company, is hiring a Training Representative to train customer store level personnel on specific technology and the use of cash-handling devices. This role involves developing and presenting comprehensive training, either in-person or virtually, utilizing information obtained through training and shadowing.
Responsibilities
- Effectively facilitate virtual training content using provided mobile device
- Use various applications like PowerPoint, internal systems, remote manager, and Zoom to deliver virtual training
- Execute and track the completion of scheduled training events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of training, retail, accounting, or customer service experience
- Experience in retail operations, training, cash handling, accounting, loss prevention, or guest service industry
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to present comprehensive training in a friendly, empathetic, and helpful manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel
- Troubleshooting issues related to systems, process, and/or device performance
- Previous virtual training experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of training, retail, accounting, or customer service experience
