Design and deliver training programs to employees and clients for a national workforce development company. Assess training needs, develop training materials, and collaborate with management to improve performance.

• Maintain accurate records of training activities and results

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
