About This Role

The Community Partnership Manager develops and maintains strategic partnerships with local organizations to enhance and ensure effective delivery of workforce development services. This role serves as the primary liaison between Grant Associates and its community partners, playing a key role in advancing the organization's mission and supporting the local community.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate accountability in coordinating service delivery and ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Develop and maintain community engagement with local organizations, fostering positive relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Analyze data relating to customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and partner agency feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide functional supervision of all services, including mandated and voluntary partners, to support their professional development.
  • Develop and coordinate written policies and procedures in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Adapt to changing community needs and priorities, continuously enhancing community engagement strategies and partnership programs.
  • Facilitate meetings with partners to promote collaboration, shared resources, and a cohesive service delivery system.
  • Review resumes, identify current job openings matching candidate skills, and input data into the database.
  • Devise strategic contact methods to maintain client relationships with the program.
  • Provide client support via email and phone screenings, and meet with clients for post-employment coaching sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in human resources/recruiting, job development, or account management
  • Full-time management experience, preferably in a metric-driven environment
  • Experience working in job development and placement, particularly with similar populations
  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse staff in a respectful and ethical manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and think critically

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy, management, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience in human resources/recruiting, job development, or account management, with full-time management experience, preferably in a metric-driven environment, and experience in job development and placement with similar populations.
