This role involves ensuring safety in work zones by setting up traffic signs and cones, directing vehicles, and communicating with crews. The position requires dependability and a strong work ethic to maintain safe and efficient traffic flow.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic signs and cones
• Direct vehicles safely through work zones
• Communicate with crews using radios and signals
• Monitor for hazards and protect team members
• Occasionally drive company vehicles

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Comfortable standing 8–12 hours in all weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to speak, hear, and understand English
