About This Role

This role involves assisting with traffic control setups, flagging projects, and yard maintenance, ensuring the safety of workers and the public in construction work zones. The position requires outdoor work and offers daily challenges and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assist Field Supervisors in job setups and pickups
Assist as a flagger on flagging projects
Assist in the cleanup of the Yard and Warehouse
Follow instructions and directions
Communicate effectively with the Supervisor
Work with basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill, etc.
Show up to work on time and ready

Requirements

0-6 months experience in a similar role
Valid driver’s license
Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
Experience driving
Pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test

Qualifications

0 to 6 months of experience in a similar role.
