As a Traffic Control Flagger, you will establish and maintain safe work zones, manage traffic flow, and ensure the safety of crews, drivers, and team members in various weather and traffic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all
- Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
- Deliver exceptional service and protection to clients
Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test
