Drive growth for Bausch + Lomb's vision care portfolio by partnering with Eye Care Practitioners in a designated territory. Deliver patient- and practice-focused solutions, aligning product offerings and digital solutions with their evolving needs.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key execution metrics
- Execute effective sales calls to ECPs using marketing materials and selling techniques
- Develop account business plans for high-volume customers to create sustainable growth
- Formulate a strategic territory business plan to develop new and accelerate existing customers
- Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM system to maintain accurate customer information
- Work alongside industry distributor partners to fulfill customer needs
- Attend National and Regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed
- Coordinate ECP educational meetings in key markets
- Submit all administrative reports on a timely basis
Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience or relevant sales experience
- Documented track record of sales success
- Ability to identify and address customer needs and drive sales growth
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM applications
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
- Reside within the territory or live within a reasonable distance of territory workload center
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred. A combination of professional certification (COT and/or OSA), combined with extensive ophthalmic experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience and/or other relevant sales experience (eye health industry preferred)
