About This Role

Drive growth for Bausch + Lomb's vision care portfolio by partnering with Eye Care Practitioners in a designated territory. Deliver patient- and practice-focused solutions, aligning product offerings and digital solutions with their evolving needs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed territory sales quota and key execution metrics
  • Execute effective sales calls to ECPs using marketing materials and selling techniques
  • Develop account business plans for high-volume customers to create sustainable growth
  • Formulate a strategic territory business plan to develop new and accelerate existing customers
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products
  • Utilize Salesforce.com CRM system to maintain accurate customer information
  • Work alongside industry distributor partners to fulfill customer needs
  • Attend National and Regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed
  • Coordinate ECP educational meetings in key markets
  • Submit all administrative reports on a timely basis

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience or relevant sales experience
  • Documented track record of sales success
  • Ability to identify and address customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM applications
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
  • Reside within the territory or live within a reasonable distance of territory workload center

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred. A combination of professional certification (COT and/or OSA), combined with extensive ophthalmic experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience and/or other relevant sales experience (eye health industry preferred)
