About This Role

As a Part-Time Teller at Wells Fargo, you will be an integral part of the local community, processing customer transactions, promoting digital solutions, and connecting customers with various banking products and services. You will contribute to the financial well-being of residents, employees, and local businesses while upholding established policies and minimizing risks.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions
• Share digital solutions and make appropriate introductions to bankers
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care and build relationships
• Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent

Qualifications

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Customer service with complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and mobile banking
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
• Experience working with a team to meet customer needs
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
• Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
• Relevant military experience (personnel benefits management, orders processing, HR, recruiting)
• Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
