About This Role

As a Teller at KeyBank, you will provide excellent in-person client service, assisting with account transactions and identifying financial needs. This role involves problem-solving, advising clients, and partnering with them on their financial journeys.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service, welcoming new and existing clients
• Assist clients with account transactions and servicing needs
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed
• Uncover financial needs through client conversations and transition to a Banker for deeper engagement
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using wellness tools
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines
• Review and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
• Experience in a client service role
• Experienced in cash handling
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
