Technical Recruiter

About This Role

This role is responsible for full life cycle recruitment, proactively sourcing and evaluating technical talent, and building strong relationships with hiring managers to scale a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referral networks, and recruitment events
• Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams
• Build and maintain active pipelines for qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Create compelling job postings and promote opportunities across multiple platforms
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
• Support and facilitate offer discussions, ensuring competitive compensation packages
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, status reports, and documentation of recruitment activities
• Represent Cloudforce at career fairs and recruitment-focused events; network with local education institutions to attract junior talent
• Assist in the coordination of internship programs, including intern recruitment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional recruitment or project management experience, with a focus on technical roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, or related disciplines
• Working knowledge of software development and/or cloud technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, Azure/AWS/GCP...)
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other modern sourcing techniques
• Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• Effective communication, written and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional recruitment or project management experience, with a focus on technical roles
