About This Role

Support technical recruiting efforts by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, working directly with hiring leaders to meet current and future needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source for top technical candidates via Boolean search, resume databases, referrals, professional networks, external and social media sites
  • Develop robust pipelines of technical talent by sourcing active and passive job seekers for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain frequent and consistent contact with talent pipelines
  • Conduct in-depth screening/interviewing of potential candidates to gain understanding of their experience and areas of expertise
  • Act as the subject matter expert for sourcing talent for assigned business areas
  • Continuously gain or refresh knowledge and business intelligence around industry, competitor companies and talent pools
  • Consistently meet sourcer and talent acquisition goals and performance expectations
  • Consistently provide a "best in class" candidate experience
  • Maintain candidate updates and touch bases in applicant tracking system
  • Work with hiring leaders on sourcing projects meeting required timelines for proposals and talent pipeline initiatives
  • Proactively update hiring leaders and key stakeholders on status of sourcing projects through meetings, applicant tracking system, emails and phone calls
  • Stay up to date and consistently develop sourcing skills, techniques and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience sourcing technical or niche talent
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully and consistently achieving sourcing and recruiter goals
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of various technical job families and associated certifications, skills and systems, languages
  • High proficiency in Boolean search methodology
  • Experience in developing and nurturing talent pipelines and connections
  • Must live within a commutable distance from the Arlington office location (50-mile range)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years' experience sourcing technical or niche talent

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience recruiting for cleared roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Prior experience working with CRMs
