Technical Product Owner - Salesforce

About This Role

Lead a multi-disciplined team to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver the Demand to Renew vision within Rockwell Automation's digital infrastructure program.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership to guide product and feature prioritization efforts
• Motivate teams and (in)direct reports to deliver new enterprise capabilities
• Recruit and lead a team toward achieving product-based milestones
• Lead design and solution efforts for transformational capabilities across Lead to Order, Adopt to Value and Customer/Partner Experience value streams
• Partner across teams to develop the vision, strategy and roadmap with an eye toward rapid, data-driven decisions
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new or existing products, services or workflows
• Define success through leadership Goals and deliver on time and on budget
• Manage external partners to ensure delivery on budget and goals
• Support preparations and delivery of readouts and updates for business reviews
• Liaise across all stakeholders (technical and business) to incubate and accelerate technology adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
• Legal authorization to work in the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
• 8+ years of related work experience
