As a High Performance Organization (HPO) Lead, you will guide your teams towards higher levels of efficiency, quality, and predictability. This role involves empowering collaboration, driving data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) ceremonies including Portfolio Sync, Strategic Portfolio Review, and Participatory Budgeting
- Establish and maintain governance, schedule, standards, and structure for all LPM ceremonies
- Advance LPM maturity by improving portfolio flow, tooling consistency, visibility, and decision-making speed
- Partner with global and enterprise teams to adopt standardized portfolio management processes, methodologies, and tools
- Execute the annual Lean Strategy Deployment process for Motion and create Breakthrough Objectives (BTOs)
- Convert BTOs into aligned annual priorities and integrate all projects into a unified action plan
- Lead disciplined monthly performance reviews ensuring accountability and learning
- Standardize, simplify, and globally replicate business processes to optimize performance
- Identify opportunities to implement and improve workflows by using AI-driven automation to enhance productivity
- Lead the acquisition, reliability, and analysis of performance data including root-cause insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Legal authorization to work in the US
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
Nice to Have
- 5+ Years of related experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
- Project Management certificate or PMP certification
- Experience with or certification in one or more Agile methodologies (e.g., certified scrum master)
- Experience planning projects with Project applications (i.e. Microsoft Project, Powerpoint and Word)
- Experience with Atlassian suite of applications: Jira, Jira Align and Confluence
- Experience in Lean Strategy Deployment, LPM, and Continuous Improvement
- Facilitation skills for portfolio and executive-level discussions
- Experience leading organizational change
- Experience leading global programs
