Teacher Assistant-Student Success Coordinator-Math

About This Role

This role involves assisting teachers with class conduct, preparing materials, correcting assignments, and tutoring students in math. The position is within Davis School District at Northridge High School.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the conduct of a class
• Prepare class materials
• Correct and record assignments
• Work with math teachers to support students with assignments and tutoring
• Be willing to substitute classes as needed

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent education and/or experience
• The equivalent of two years (48 semester hours) full-time education at an institution of higher education; or an associate's degree; or the ability to pass a Utah State Office of Education approved Para-Professional Test
• Interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
