About This Role

Assist a teacher with class conduct by preparing materials, correcting assignments, and recording grades. This role focuses specifically on math support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with the conduct of a class
• Prepare class materials
• Correct assignments
• Record assignments/grades

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent education and/or experience
• Equivalent of two years (48 semester hours) full-time education at an institution of higher education; OR an associate's degree; OR ability to pass a Utah State Office of Education approved Para-Professional Test
• Interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent education and/or experience, with the equivalent of two years (48 semester hours) full-time education at an institution of higher education, or an associate's degree, or the ability to pass a Utah State Office of Education approved Para-Professional Test.

Nice to Have

• Secretarial/clerical skills, including ability to operate a computer
