Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, manage high-level client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic initiatives and growth within a public accounting firm.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and nonprofits
- Provide proactive tax planning and compliance consulting
- Lead and mentor team members while promoting a positive, high-performance culture
- Actively contribute to firm leadership, business development, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years in public accounting with demonstrated leadership
- Expertise in complex tax matters and strong general tax knowledge
- Strong communication, client service, and business development skills
Qualifications
- Master’s in Tax preferred
- 5+ years in public accounting with demonstrated leadership
Nice to Have
- Master’s in Tax
- Experience with UltraTax, CCH, or ProSystems tax software
