Lead an established client book for an independent CPA firm, focusing on quality, consistency, and advisory depth. Review and sign federal and state tax returns, act as a primary client advisor, and manage workflow for senior and preparer staff.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign federal and state returns across a varied client portfolio
• Act as the primary advisor for your client book
• Manage workflow and standards across Seniors and Preparers
• Coach the team and raise the technical bar
• Work with Partners on complex planning matters where needed

Requirements

• CPA or EA designation
• Strong technical skills in review and sign off
• Comfortable leading client conversations

Qualifications

• operating confidently at Manager level
