Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, supporting business objectives and relationships. This role involves designing and implementing sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier talent and managing the full recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities
- Act as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups
- Develop and update staffing priorities
- Design and implement sourcing initiatives to attract and engage top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports
- Source and staff open positions, recruiting diverse candidates
- Work with hiring managers on recruitment and selection plans
- Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources
- Conduct reference checks and establish employment offers
- Develop talent sourcing approaches (direct recruiting, job fairs, internet recruiting)
- Refer team members to appropriate headquarters services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum four years recruiting/HR experience (7 years for Senior level)
- Proficiency in PC and widely used software packages (Excel, MS Word, HRIS/database)
- Strong willingness to learn the business and develop deep understanding of each role
- Ability to recommend hiring decisions to upper management
- Active listening skills and effective communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum four years recruiting/HR experience or combination of higher education and experience for Talent Acquisition Specialist; minimum seven years for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Nice to Have
- Experience within renewables and/or manufacturing sectors
