This role involves supporting the HR Manager and team by planning, organizing, and executing talent acquisition activities in the USA, focusing on recruitment administration, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talents
- Research, negotiate, and maintain appropriate sourcing channels to reach targeted applicants
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interview schedules and logistics
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for production and posting of recruitment promotion
- Assist in reference check and background screenings, ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and filing related to recruitment activities, including the employee database and applicant tracking systems
- Prepare employment contracts and related documents
- Support employee on-boarding and orientation activities
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
- Assist in job fairs and career talks, both in-house and with external recruitment partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently in a team, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A strong passion in the HR career

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the retail/grocery industry
Nice to Have
- Experience in the retail/grocery industry
- Previous experience or knowledge of recruitment in USA
- Knowledge of Chinese
