Talent Acquisition Analyst

About This Role

This role involves supporting the HR Manager and team by planning, organizing, and executing talent acquisition activities in the USA, focusing on recruitment administration, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talents
• Research, negotiate, and maintain appropriate sourcing channels to reach targeted applicants
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interview schedules and logistics
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for production and posting of recruitment promotion
• Assist in reference check and background screenings, ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and filing related to recruitment activities, including the employee database and applicant tracking systems
• Prepare employment contracts and related documents
• Support employee on-boarding and orientation activities
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
• Assist in job fairs and career talks, both in-house and with external recruitment partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently in a team, and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the retail/grocery industry

• Previous experience or knowledge of recruitment in USA
• Knowledge of Chinese
