Take-Out: Packer/Cashier

About This Role

This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, accurately packing food, and maintaining the take-out area to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally on the phone and in the restaurant
• Take guest orders and enter them into the POS system
• Process payments and make change
• Read and fulfill orders
• Stock and set up packing station
• Run food for guests
• Accurately pack food in proper containers
• Clean take out area

Requirements

• Able to speak, read and understand English
• 3 months food service experience
• 3 months money handling experience
• Able to use basic mathematical calculations
• Able to analyze information and problem solve
• Able to communicate well
• Able to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
• Must be guest focused with an outgoing personality and able to multi-task
• Is outgoing, proactive, charismatic and approachable
• Can adapt easily to change and can drive sales
