Provide direct technical support for a wide range of systems, including Windows, Apple, iOS, and Android environments, maintaining an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance and working onsite to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to customers
- Prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to staff and vendors
- Effectively teach technical concepts to customers
- Support Windows and Apple environments, including associated back-up solutions
- Install and troubleshoot hardware and software across both platforms
- Support iOS and Android devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements
- Adapt to evolving technical environments and user needs
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week at Seal Beach, CA location
- 5+ years of direct technical support experience in front of the customer
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting both Windows and Apple environments
- Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting hardware and software across both platforms
- Experience in supporting iOS and Android devices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of best practices for system maintenance and user support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct technical support experience in front of the customer
