Supply Chain Integrated Business Planning Sr Manager

About This Role

Manage and lead the Integrated Business Planning team within the Supply Chain function, focusing on aligning internal objectives with external realities to maximize efficiencies and meet overall business needs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for aligning internal objectives with external realities to maximize efficiencies of technologies, processes and solutions, ensuring that performance meets the overall business needs
• Manage a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and lower-level people managers with strategic implications across organizations and/or functions
• Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and processes
• Ensure the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by senior management; supports the design of performance measurement processes
• Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope
• Create new operational efficiencies and cost savings within the supply chain on a broad scale, using horizontal strategies and initiatives and influencing internal and external partners
• Plan, direct and monitor activities of Staff from a strategic level, ensuring that operations achieve key business metrics
• Oversee the development and delivery of complex initiatives that can impact the supply chain globally, typically requiring the leadership of cross-functional and cross-regional teams
• Prepare reporting and critical analysis for business planning and management reviews to provide meaningful and actionable information for effective decision making
• Facilitate cross-functional Integrated Business Planning Reviews with leadership that accurately communicates key sales and operations data such as supply/demand balance, lead times, inventory, delivery performance, forecast accuracy and operational alignment to both short and long term goals
• Perform gap analysis to metrics and KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities and driving closure
• Partner with HPE’s account team, represent operations to key customers leading collaborative demand planning and forecasting processes
• Manage the intake, assessment and program management of delivering scalable supply chain solutions and process to drive sustained improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function (or related fields)
• 2-4 years of people management experience
• Advanced knowledge of procurement and supply chain business requirements and strategies
• Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills
• Thorough knowledge of marketplace and industry standards and compliance
• Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytics and data modelling skills
• Advanced project management and project sponsorship skills
• Advanced people management skills, including managing teams across geographies
• Advanced influencing, consulting and negotiation skills
• Advanced business acumen and understanding of risk mitigation approaches and contract language usage
• Strong understanding of the company's policies and processes
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function (or related fields) and 2-4 years of people management experience.
