Supply Chain Coordinator

About This Role

Support materials management departments by ensuring efficient receipt, inventory, and delivery of medical supplies. This role involves customer service, issue resolution, problem solving, and generating monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer service levels by monitoring email and phone lines
• Generate and analyze monthly productivity and supply chain reports
• Ensure accurate receipt, issuance, and return of inventory and purchase orders
• Train new employees on receiving and central supply duties
• Resolve errors related to receipts, customer orders, and par levels
• Identify and address internal and external customer needs
• Work to improve supply chain processes, metrics, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work experience in an inventory management or distribution role
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work flexible schedule
