Responsibilities

• Lead the Public Health department and RHC visiting nurse program
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all services
• Guide financial oversight for personnel and supplies
• Develop and implement policies aligned with the mission
• Ensure compliance with State Department of Health standards
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Oversee risk management and quality improvement initiatives
• Engage with community partners and develop contracts
• Mentor staff and share expertise
• Drive emergency preparedness planning and training
• Collaborate on community health needs assessments and strategic planning
• Manage the departmental budget

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota
• Certified in Public Health Nursing
• BLS certification
• Driver's License
• Auto Insurance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
