Supervisor

About This Role

The Part-Time Supervisor supports the management team to create an excellent customer experience and achieve sales results. This role involves executing store operations, maintaining visual merchandising, and fostering a positive environment for associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty
• Act as a role model to team members for customer experience
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results
• Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the workplace

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
