Supervisor

About This Role

Support the management team in a retail apparel store to create an excellent customer experience, deliver sales results, and execute store operations. This role involves maintaining a visually appealing store and fostering a positive environment for associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience
• Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager
• Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business
