Supervisor

About This Role

The Part-Time Supervisor supports the management team in creating an excellent customer experience and achieving sales results. This role involves executing store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering a positive environment for associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Serve as a role model for the team regarding the customer experience.
• Support the management team in consistently meeting store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive it.
• Create a great work environment by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business is preferred.
