Superintendent - K–12 School Construction

About This Role

Lead daily site operations and maintain momentum on a fast-paced K–12 replacement school project in Wake County. This role works alongside an established lead Superintendent to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless project execution on an occupied campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on an active K–12 construction site
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and safety compliance
• Oversee phased demolition, foundation work, and ongoing construction activities
• Partner closely with the lead Superintendent to maintain schedule and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite, particularly on an occupied campus

Requirements

• Proven K–12 construction experience
• Experience with on-site replacement schools and occupied campuses
• Strong background in phased demolition and foundation packages
• Excellent communication skills
