Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for a range of construction projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications and subcontractor pricing
• Work with internal teams to develop competitive bids and budgets
• Maintain estimating records and support project planning
• Communicate clearly with project managers and vendors throughout pre-construction

Requirements

• Proven construction estimating experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Self-starter who works well in a team and meets deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven construction estimating experience

• Familiarity with estimating software
