About This Role

Manage construction project schedules, subcontractors, costs, safety, quality, documentation, and closeout to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule. This role offers excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate project schedules; provide ongoing updates to Project Management
• Coordinate daily activities for subcontractors and ensure work aligns with design, budget, and schedule
• Lead daily standups, weekly trade meetings, and participate in OAC meetings
• Monitor safety compliance and lead initiatives to maintain an injury-free environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years in field supervision
• Experience with $10mm+ projects
• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years in field supervision
