Summer Intern - Safety, Health and Environment

About This Role

This internship provides valuable experience and professional development in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations and implementation. You will support projects to streamline processes, identify efficiency gains for the Sustainability program, and collaborate with the Bay Area SHE and Facilities and Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to streamline processes and identify efficiency gains in support of the Sustainability program
• Build out a Tableau dashboard to visualize sustainability metrics in real time
• Evaluate previous years data and compare to current years performance for real time decision-making
• Support clean up and mapping of work area risk assessments in the Enablon platform
• Build a process for keeping SHE compliance tasks and permits up to date
• Work and collaborate with the Bay Area SHE and Facilities and Engineering team

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Public Health, Environmental Management, or Occupational Health
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, problem solver, independent thinker
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
