Substitute Teacher/Paraeducator

About This Role

This role involves providing substitute teaching or paraeducator services in the Zumbrota-Mazeppa School District, acting as a mentor and ensuring students continue to learn and grow. No prior experience is required, offering an opportunity to make a significant difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• Develop lesson plans, and build, administer, and grade tests and assignments for long-term teacher assignments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED for Paraeducator roles
• Minnesota Department of Education Substitute Teaching License OR Tier 3 or 4 Teaching License for Substitute Teacher roles

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or a Bachelor's degree in any subject for substitute teachers
• No previous experience is required
