About This Role

This role involves assuming the duties of a district employee, empowering students to learn, and encouraging classroom participation within the Parkway School District. It's an opportunity to mentor students and ensure their continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Empower students to learn and encourage classroom participation
• Develop lesson plans, and build, administer, and grade tests and assignments for long-term teacher assignments

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• 36 college credit hours or high school diploma and completion of substitute training course
• Missouri Substitute Certification Process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 36 college credit hours or high school diploma and completion of substitute training course
• No previous experience required
