Store Support Associate

About This Role

The Store Support Associate plays a vital role in the customer's purchase experience by managing furniture movement, assembly, and display, as well as maintaining a clean and organized showroom and backroom to ensure an ideal shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Offload and load trailers of furniture
• Assemble, arrange, and display furniture on the showroom floor
• Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor
• Promote awareness of safety practices and maintain a neat and safe work environment

Requirements

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices
• Ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
