About This Role

This role involves coordinating and confirming customer furniture deliveries, resolving delivery-related customer service issues, and communicating effectively with various departments and drive teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm customer deliveries
  • Coordinate and communicate with delivery drive teams
  • Resolve customer service delivery issues
  • Communicate delivery concerns with the customer delivery manager
  • Act as a liaison between customers and delivery drive teams
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned by management

Requirements

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in PC-based applications
  • Customer service skills including listening, attention to detail and professional verbal and written skills
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Prior call center experience
  • Prior dispatcher experience
