Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation. Drive and reinforce operational, customer, and sales objectives while managing the store in the absence of other managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and Store objectives
- Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective service delivery, maintaining compliance
- Monitor workflows for the teller team and platform, prioritizing and delegating tasks
- Drive operational excellence in the Store, including cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention
- Engage with customers on loan products and facilitate application intake (requires active NMLS registration)
- Lead, develop, and coach the team on effective customer service, product, and advice conversations
- Acquire and deepen the Store Customer base through proactive sales and service activities
- Connect with Customers/Prospects, provide financial advice, and deepen relationships through lead management
- Lead, coach, and drive exceptional service at every Customer interaction in the lobby and on the frontline
- Act as leader in achieving an overall Legendary Customer experience in the Store
Requirements
- 2+ years related experience working with customers and or sales
- HS Diploma or GED
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
- 2+ years related experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Undergraduate degree
- Notary License
- Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching
