Store Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation. Drive and reinforce operational, customer, and sales objectives while managing the store in the absence of other managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and Store objectives
• Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective service delivery, maintaining compliance
• Monitor workflows for the teller team and platform, prioritizing and delegating tasks
• Drive operational excellence in the Store, including cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention
• Engage with customers on loan products and facilitate application intake (requires active NMLS registration)
• Lead, develop, and coach the team on effective customer service, product, and advice conversations
• Acquire and deepen the Store Customer base through proactive sales and service activities
• Connect with Customers/Prospects, provide financial advice, and deepen relationships through lead management
• Lead, coach, and drive exceptional service at every Customer interaction in the lobby and on the frontline
• Act as leader in achieving an overall Legendary Customer experience in the Store

Requirements

• 2+ years related experience working with customers and or sales
• HS Diploma or GED

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Undergraduate degree
• Notary License
• Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching
