Store (Brand) Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Stanton Optical store location, acting as a brand ambassador to build, guide, and inspire high-performing teams while ensuring outstanding customer experience and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development, including direct recruiting, training new team members, and ongoing development plans for associates
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services
• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals
• Communicate effectively and build a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses
• Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time, keeping track of delivery time commitments
• Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 2 years of store management experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Knowledgeable on talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes
• Schedule flexibility

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of store management experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced retail environment

Nice to Have

• Valid ABO/NCLE Certification (or willingness to earn within first year)
• Optical experience
• Knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs
